BLUE CHEESE BALL
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbles
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and the blue cheese together. Add in the pecan pieces. Mix well.
2. Put the mixture onto a piece of wax paper. Roll into a ball.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yield: 10 servings
