On a recent trip to Michigan, I picked up some goodies at Froehlich's, including some jelly and fudge and cheese and sausage. The sausage is made on site and I was intrigued when I saw chicken sausage with mushroom and spinach. I don't think I'd ever had chicken sausage before, but I loved the sound of veggies in it.
So, I grabbed a pack and hubby put them on the grill. As you can see it was a little more done that it could have been :), but still very good.
