Cremini mushrooms

I first was introduced to cremini mushrooms last year at our local farmer's market. They are also know as baby bellas, or baby portabellas or mini bellas. The farmer selling them said the best way to serve them was to sauté them in butter and serve with a big juicy steak. He was soooo right! I'm glad to be finding them at my local farm stand now, too, since our farmer's market doesn't start until next month. Now, I just need to pick up some steaks to go with them. :)
