WINE & SPIRITS DINNERS SERIES CONTINUES
Bon Appétit presents Chicago Gourmet invites food, wine and spirits enthusiasts to a celebratory series of Wine & Spirits Dinners, featuring exciting themes at participating Chicago Gourmet restaurants. At each event, attendees enjoy a personal, sneak preview of the main event in Millennium Park, which will be held September 27-29. Each dinner also showcases expertly chosen beverage selections from presenting sponsor Southern Wine & Spirits of Illinois, paired with world-class cuisine from Chicago's top chefs.

Red Hot Summer: The Hearty Boys - Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh - have prepared a sizzling summer prix fixe dinner complete with perfect pairings. The menu includes Watermelon Salad paired with Toad Hollow Rose, Cilantro Baby Back Ribs served with Texas Sangria featuring Valentine Vodka from Detroit, and for dessert, Chocolate Pot du Crème accompanied by Laetitia Pinot Noir.
