Rush Street, promises an arousal of the senses with itsValentine’s Day Tasting Menu, at $50 per person, served from 5:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. on Friday, February 14 only (tax & gratuity not included). The Valentine’s Day Tasting menu features:
v Kumamoto Oysters with ponzu-yuzu gelee, crispy kombu, green apple or Peekytoe Crab Soup with curry, corn biscuit.
v Sashimi Bouquet with salmon, tuna, super white tuna selections.
v Slow Braised Zabuton Shortrib with kabocha squash puree, roasted maitake mushrooms, flowers or Lobster Strawberry Roll with lobster topped with strawberry-balsamic relish.
v Dessert Assortment with chocolate covered strawberries, taro éclair, and chocolate blueberry tartlet.
