CHICAGO (January 2014) – To honor Chicago’s 7th Annual Restaurant Week, Executive Chef Jason Im and Head Sushi Chef Puje Dorling have created prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at Jellyfish, 1009 N Rush Street. Available Friday, January 24 – Wednesday, February 26, Chicago Restaurant Week lunch menu is at $22 per person, and dinner is $44 per person.
Chicago Restaurant Week Lunch Menu:
v Choice of Squid Salad with squid, wasabi-yuzu sauce, seaweed salad and cucumber or Edamame, steamed imported soy beans
v Choice of Sunrise Handroll with bbq eel, cream cheese, cucumber, avocado and creamy yuzu or Sweet Thai Chili Bangin’ Chicken with crispy Amish chicken and pineapple cabbage slaw
v Choice of Sweetness #34 Roll with coconut rice, strawberry, banana, pineapple and mango topped with shaved chocolate or Warm Chocolate Brownie with vanilla ice cream, belvedere vodka cream and bruleed bananas
v Squid Salad with squid, wasabi-yuzu sauce, seaweed salad and cucumber or Spicy Mini Crab Tacos with jumbo lump crab, cilantro, lime, tomato, shallot, chive, candied lemon and jalapeno
v El Sol with spicy tuna, spicy shrimp, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, creamy yuzu and red tobiko or Bangin’ Chicken, a crispy Amish chicken with assorted sauces
v Fire & Snow with snow crab, avocado, jalapeno, soy paper, salmon, spicy ponzu and lime zest or Soy Braised Beef Bao with steamed bao buns, mother-in-law kimchee and fresh scallions
v Carrot Ginger Cake with green tea frosting, coconut emulsion and lemon curd
