CHICAGO (June 2014) – Chicago’s Gold Coast Pan-Asian eatery and lounge, Jellyfish, 1009 N. Rush Street, welcomes the official first day of Summer all day till closing on Saturday, June 21 with JellyfishSignature Sushi Flight & Sochu Smasher for $21.00.
Created by Head Sushi Chef Puje Dorling, the JellyfishSignature Sushi flight consist of three pieces of any three JellyfishSignature Sushi Rolls (regular 9-pc roll is $18), which include: Angry Jalapeño, El Sol, Kiss of Fire, Fire & Snow, Torched Salmon Atlantic, Pink Flower, Summer Rush, Spicy Tuna Tempura and Lobster Mango.
The JellyfishSignature Sushi Flight is paired with a choice of Sochu Smashers (regularly priced $14), prepared with fresh pineapple oregano house-infused Sochu, muddled with fresh mint and topped with simple syrup. Sochu Smashers are available in three refreshing flavors: Destination Anywhere (blueberry and lemon), East by Southwest (mango and jalapeno) and Beautiful Stranger (strawberry and lemon).
