Hard Rock Cafe Chicago to host Get ShamRocked

Looking for something fun and yummy to do this weekend to celebrate St. Patrick's Day? Head on over to the Hard Rock Cafe Chicago as they host the 7th Annual "Get ShamRocked" bash, which is a free event overflowing with Irish influence to benefit Misericordia, a non-profit organization that provides a continuum of care for 600 children and adults with developmental disabilities many of whom are physically challenged.

Get ShamRocked for St. Patrick's Day will include live music by the Hat Guys and bagpipe performances by The Chicago Pipe Band and The Shannon Rovers. Inside a heated tent will be face painting and balloon artists. And...you knew I'd be getting to the food part. They'll be serving up classic Reuben sandwiches along with Green Beer and Irish Car Bombs.

The event is open to all ages, starting at 11 a.m. All donations to benefit Misericordia.
