For St. Patrick's Day, hubby and I spent the day up in Three Oaks Michigan. We had breakfast in New Buffalo, visited the beach to take some photos and then made a stop at Journeyman Distillery before heading to Nelsons for Corned Beef and Cabbage. Journeyman is a frequent stop when we are in the area for a cocktail.
While perusing the products, I noticed a balsamic vinegar on the shelf, so I bought a bottle. It's barrel aged in Journeyman Distillery barrels.
Made a salad that night of spinach, strawberries, sliced almonds, raisins and bleu cheese. Mixed the balsamic with some EVOO and had a nice light dinner.
