Light penne pasta with spinach and tomato

When I'm in the mood for something light, this one does the trick!

1 lb. penne pasta
4 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
6 ounces spinach
olive oil
parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta according to directions and place to the side in a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon basil pesto.

Heat a sauté pan and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Add tomatoes and stir to coat. Add spinach and tomatoes to pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
