When I looked it up, it was described as "sweetened, carmalised goat's milk." It's so creamy and delicious. He said he often puts it on toast. I drizzled some (well, ok it was more than a little drizzle - more like poured) over vanilla ice cream and it was a delicious topping! If you ever come across it in a Mexican grocery, it is definitely worth a try! Or if you know someone traveling there, this is a great foodie souvenir!
