Timbrook's Chipotle BLT

Like a lot of other people in the world, I really like bacon. One of my favorite sandwiches is a basic BLT. However, there's a local bakery cafe that makes my favorite version. 

Timbrook Kitchens serves one made with thick-cut bacon and mixed greens, ripe tomatoes (local vine-ripened ones when it's tomato season) and chipotle mayo on a toasted brioche bun.
