Pear, Goat Cheese & Greens Salad

My love of salads grows day by day. I love how each one is a blank canvas - where I start with something green and build from there. This is a fantastic salad I threw together recently:

1/2 cup of spinach
1/4 - 1/2 cup additional greens (mine included butter and green leaf lettuce)
1/2 of a pear, thinly sliced
Handful of cherry heirloom tomatoes
candied pecans
micro radish
goat cheese crumbles
whole wheat croutons

A light raspberry vinaigrette makes for a perfect topping.
