Trader Joe's Confetti Rice

Time to give another shout out to Trader Joe's for a product that I love. On my rare visits to TJ's (the closest location to me is sadly about 40 minutes away) I stock up on this product, which is one of my favorites - Confetti Rice. The white rice is enhanced with lemon grass, baby corn & ginger and the flavor combination is insane! It comes two packages to a box and is in the frozen food section. Give it a try on your next Trader Joe's visit.
