We've been having lots of smoothies lately. Because I usually add some type of fruit juice to it, there's not a need for additional sugar or sweeteners. Here's what went into this one:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup guava nectar
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
8 - 10 medium/large strawberries
1/4 cup water
3 ice cubes
Put on grind setting for about 45 seconds.
