El Salto, Munster, IN
My friend Michelle and I met for lunch recently and we've gone a couple times to a local Mexican restaurant that we like, but this time we decided to go to another one down the road, El Salto in Munster, IN.
I'd been there several years ago and remembered that I had liked it. Michelle had never been there. I also had a Restaurant.com certificate for El Salto to use, so that sealed the deal.
I know I have more photos of the meal...I'll have to search for them and add another post, but here's a shot of the chips, salsa and beverages. The salsa was good -- not too spicy, which is always my fear. And I had a Pineapple Jarritos to go along with it, while Michelle enjoyed Horchata.
