Halloween Witch Hat Cookies

Looking for a fun, crafty recipe to make with the kids or to serve at a Halloween party? Here's a cute one using the Cookie Chip, a flat thin cookie that also is free of artificial flavors, colors, GMOs and preservatives. The chips are available at Target and retail for $3.99.

Ingredients
-Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Chips
-Hershey Kisses
-Peanut Butter Cups
-Orange Frosting (to attach and decorate)

Stack the peanut butter cup (wide-side down) on the Cookie Chip, then place the Hershey Kiss on top using frosting to hold in place and decorate. Place on top of a marshmallow with frosting dots for eyes and nose.
