Hanging on to grill season

Summer is officially over, but we'll be hanging on to grill season a bit longer. Some days when that Midwest wind is blowing, it's pretty hard to keep the grill going...but desperate times call for desperate measures. And in those times of desperation, the grill sometimes gets rolled into the garage to finish up. But once the snow starts falling, it's time to give up for the season. That means we still have a few good weeks left.

And see why I'm hanging on? I sure will miss my friend, New York Strip, when it gets too brutal to man the grill.
