Easy chicken soup
Foodie Sis Becky welcomed her first bundle of joy in November and I made a recent visit to babysit him for a little bit. Eli and I hung out and did some cooking for mommy. We made some salad, two pots of soup, brownies.
The chicken soup was so easy, but soooo good. Just wanted to share this simple recipe.

The chicken soup was so easy, but soooo good. Just wanted to share this simple recipe.
Two 32-oz containers chicken stock
1 box precooked grilled chicken strips
2 ribs celery, chopped
8 baby carrots, sliced
Italian seasoning
Pepper
Garlic salt
1 1/2 cup Light and Fluffy egg noodles
Since the chicken is already cooked, this is super simple. Put the stock in your pot with your seasonings to taste and chopped veggies and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes so that they soften nicely. Return to a boil, throw in your chicken and noodles to boil for about 10 minutes or until fully cooled. Pair with a nice salad and lunch is served.
The front pot in that photo above is veggie beef soup. I'll share that on in another post.
