(Chicago, IL)- This Valentine's Day, taste the romance at Shaw's Crab House in Chicago! On Friday, February 14, 2014 and Saturday, February 15, 2014, all lovers are invited to indulge in a special four-course menu with optional wine pairings. The price for the dinner is $80 or $120 per person with the wine pairings (excluding tax and gratuity). Shaw's full a la carte menu will be offered in addition to the prix fixe menu. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 312.527.2722.
The menu for the evening (with optional wine pairings) includes:
Course One
Chilled Appetizer Combo for Two: oysters, jumbo shrimp, red king crab bites, and Maine lobster tail
Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosato Veneto, Italy
Course Two
Choice of Lobster Bisque or Mixed Greens Salad
Brancott Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
Course Three
Featured Salmon or 8 ounce Filet (with horseradish or bleu cheese crust)
Sebastiani Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast (with salmon)
Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California (with filet)

Chocolate Layer Cake
