| Executive Chef Ashlee Aubin of Salero, one of Chicago magazine’s Best New Restaurants 2015, is excited to host a special one-night only culinary event to benefit the James Beard Foundation. The evening will feature a six-course menu prepared by Chef Aubin and some of Chicago's most talented chefs, including Chris Pandel (The Bristol, Balena, Formento’s and Nonna's), Matt Kerney (Longman & Eagle), Mike Sheerin (Embeya), Paul Virant (Vie, Perennial Virant and Vistro) and Dana Cree (1871 Dairy). The menu will also include wine pairings selected by Salero’s Wine and Service Director Christopher Fisher.
