The Love Bottle

Well, another year has begun and with it comes resolutions of all kinds. Many of them are related to eating better, dieting, losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle. One easy way to work toward accomplishing all those goals is upping the water intake. I recently received a sample of the most adorable way to help you work in more water in your diet - the Love Bottle.

If you've also made a resolution of being more conscious of the environment, this cute glass bottle helps out in that area. Being made of glass it is reusable and you can feel better knowing that you aren't adding to landfills with your empty plastic bottles and also knowing you aren't sipping water out of a piece of plastic made who knows where out of who knows what chemicals.

The sample I got was the "Family" design with an image of a cute polar bear family. There are a variety of other designs with inspirational words and creative artwork. Like the name suggests, they are meant to spread a little love to those who use them.

There's so much to love about the Love Bottle. I also worry about dangers of plastic water bottles being left in my car when it heats up - not a problem this time of year, but it soon will be. I've read so much about toxins produced when the plastic reaches extreme heat. That's not a worry with this glass product, which by the way is made in the U.S.A. They also have a cool line of carriers to help you tote your bottle with you when on the go.

Each bottle has a little message inside, re-inforcing the message that "U R Loved," a little way to spread the love and add an extra smile to your day.
