This is a recipe usually reserved for family gatherings or Super Bowl parties, but for some reason I just really had a taste for it this past weekend. Besides, I've realized that between me, my husband and five sons we can easily polish off a whole dish so there's no reason to save it for when we have a large group over.
There are three simple ingredients:
1 can No Bean Chili
1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
About 6 ounces of shredded Co Jack Cheese
First spread the cream cheese on the bottom of the oven safe dish. Then top it with the chili. Finally, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Pop it in the oven about 20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Serve it with your favorite dipping chips or crackers.
