Very Veggie Stir Fry

Stir fry dishes are a great way to use up the veggies in the fridge or get more veggies in your diet. I typically throw some chicken into the pan, but once in a while I'll add shrimp, beef, pork, sausage or ham. Sweet and sour or soy sauce work well to add for a little flavor (Chef Tammy Pham's Sassy Sweet & Sour Sauce is my favorite! Get it at Siam Marina in Tinley Park or Asparagus in Merrillville.) When I make it for my kids, I usually add some brown rice, but this time I added somen noodles and they seemed to like it. What do you put in your stir fry?
