I mentioned on the Chicago Foodie Sisters Facebook page this week, that we'd have a fun giveaway coming up. Well, just wanted to clue you in on what is coming up. Cooking Planit is a great meal planning tool available in the App Store for $2.99. It provides meal ideas and step-by-step instructions and a complete shopping list.

  2. Cayenne pepper would be the first spice used for me! We go through about 4 bottles of that for every bottle of other spices.
