Blueberry Chamomile Boost
2 oz. Citrus Burst HYDRIVE Energy Water
2 oz. Chamomile Tea (brewed Double Strength)
1 oz. Blueberry Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake well with ice and Double Strain into a coupe, Garnish with 3 blueberries on a cocktail pick.



Black Cherry High
3 oz. Black Cherry HYDRIVE Energy Water
.75 oz. Star Anise Simple Syrup
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
2 dash Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters (non-alcoholic)
2 oz. Sparkling Pomegranate Soda (Izze)

Build first 4 ingredients in a shaker, add ice. Shake well, Strain into a Collins Glass with ice. Top with Izze Pomegranate Soda.  Garnish with a full (unbroken) Star Anise and a large straw.

Tyler Lymer
Mixologist

Naturally creative, Tyler Lymer thrives on interacting with guests. Born in Canada, Lymer’s family moved to the United States in 1993 and, due to his father’s work, relocated frequently, teaching Lymer how to adapt to new cultures and make new friends easily.

While working as a store manager for Starbucks (Phoenix, 2004 – 2009), Tyler began to pick up shifts at local bars and realized his love for being behind the bar. Tyler moved to Chicago in 2012 to be part of the opening team at Little Market Brasserie, where he worked with the esteemed beverage consulting team Tippling Bros. He then accepted a position as head bartender at Takito Kitchen, where Lymer won the Pisco Porton Cocktail Competition with his Perdido La Cabeza cocktail, earning him a trip to Peru.

In fall 2013, Lymer joined the tesori team, where he continues to take a creative and balanced approach to crafting cocktails. Lymer is a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone program, a member of the United States Bartending Guild and the Society of Wine Educators, where he received his CSS (Certified Spirits Specialist) certificate.
