Saucy Salsa

Most of the time when I make homemade salsa, I make it very chunky. Ok, I admit that part of it is laziness. I'm not of fan of spending time at the counter chopping and chopping and chopping. But I do also love to scoop up big chunks with chips.

Sometimes, though, I like to make it a little thinner and finer. And when I do, the Ninja is perfect. It does the work of chopping. Here's an easy salsa that you can easily make in the Ninja. Cut your tomatoes, onions and peppers in half or quarter them just to make them fit easier and then with a few pulses of the Ninja, you've got salsa without the work.

1 small onion
6 roma tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
garlic salt to taste
1 bunch cilantro
juice of 2 limes
1 - 2 jalapeños
