Moontown Brewing Co.

Often my favorite part of a road trip is the spontaneous meals that we stop for and the restaurants that we discover. 

As we were heading home from an Indy road trip earlier this month, it was time for lunch and I started doing some searching on my phone. We landed at Moontown Brewing in Whitestown. 

The place is large and has a cool vibe. Not sure what the building used to be, but there was lots of exposed brick and wood. We samples a couple brews. Hubby was happy to have a strong stout.

It was a super chilly day and this bowl of soup was delicous.

The Smashburger we split with bacon and gooey cheese on a sesame seed bun was super tasty - like one I would absolutely veer off the expressway for again. 



Next time you’re in the Indy area and in the mood for a burger and a beer, definitely keep Moontown Brewing in mind.
