Ok, I love Asian food. Haven't cooked much Asian food. I picked up a pack of egg roll wrappers on my recent shopping trip to try making a salad I'd seen on a cooking show. Then I saw a blog posting from someone (wish I could remember which one it was!!) about making breakfast egg roll and decided to try them, too. So far, I love them. Hopefully this week, I'll get around to making some traditional egg rolls, but there seems to be a lot you can do with them. Anything you could wrap in a tortilla could probably go into an egg roll wrapper. I'm thinking a combo of Mexican and Asian could be tasty...maybe a filling of Chorizo, tomatoes and cheese, garnished with some sour cream and cilantro?
