I love edible bowls

Don't you love bowls that you can eat? Like a bread bowl with your chili or stew. Or a tomato bowl stuffed with tuna salad. Grabbed these at a recent trip to Meijer. It's basically pita bread, but makes a great "bowl" for a salad or a great bread to stuff with lunchmeat.

When I was in late elementary school and junior high, my mom worked the night shift at a White Hen convenience store. We loved when she'd make us deli sandwiches and when she'd make us a pita pocket stuffed with ham, cheese and lettuce with mayo. Can't wait to make some lunches with these.
