Easy Seasoned Potato Wedges

This is one of the easiest side dishes out there, but one that is so good. Whenever I make this, the family inhales it!

You simply cut potatoes into wedges. If you can visualize this, I cut a potato in half, then lay it flat side down and then cut it into six slices, lengthwise. Lay them out on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil and then spread it around with a brush. Then sprinkle on seasoned salt. Bake for about a half hour at 350 degrees. Be prepared for them to disappear quickly!

  1. I'm a huge fan of doing this with sweet potatoes as well. Great tip, and super easy. You can really help the crisping process by putting them on a wire rack that sits in a sheet pan.
