Bearnaise makes it better
I usually add a little seasoning to steaks and then leave them alone. Leave the A-1 sauce for the hamburger! But, I must admit once I got turned on to bearnaise sauce I was quite smitten. This steak has a little drizzle made from a powder mix, but it was still pretty awesome. Naked steak is good, but bearnaise is even better. Anyone else agree?
