BBQ Chicken Panini

If you've been following this blog for a while, you know that I'm CRAZY about my panini maker. The other day I still had a big loaf of Italian bread staring at me and was out of lunchmeat and kinda low on fresh veggies....so this is what I did. I had a package of pre-cooked grilled chicken strips. Put them on the bread and covered them with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, sprinkled with a little oregano and then topped with Muenster Cheese. It was fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
