Catering at the Union League Club
One of the holiday parties we attended was at the Union League Club of Chicago, a beautiful historic building with tons of character. The menu for the evening included appetizers, carving stations with turkey and beef and a pasta station with ravioli and garlic bread and then chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert (which unfortunately were all gone by the time I reached the dessert table, boo hoo!) The food was delicious, but the best part was the building itself, especially decorated for the holidays. The walls are lined with extraordinary artwork and it has such a rich history.
