Munster Ale Fest

The second annual Munster Ale Fest went on with much better weather than during the inaugural year. As one of the newest events for beer lovers in Northwest Indiana, it's a great place to gather with other brew fest aficionados.

With over 100 beers on tap from craft brewers around the country (as well as a VIP session from Lagunitas,) there was something for every taste. Among the brewers in attendance were Atlas, Devil's Trumpet, One Trick Pony,  New Holland, Lakefront, Upland, Flat 12 and many, many more. Food trucks offered up various cuisine and it was a great day to chill in the lovely Centennial Park, sipping on brews while looking out at Lake Maynard. Be sure to put it on your itinerary for 2016 - as the event grows, tickets will be harder to get. More info at MunsterAleFest.com.
