Crave Brothers Chocolate Mascarpone Makes Good Pie Filling

Just sharing this little tip based on some sample product that was sent to me earlier this year. I got some of this delicious chocolate mascarpone to try. I used it as dip for some butter cookies and also used some in a super easy little no bake cheesecake. I put a little layer on a prepared graham cracker crust, which was then topped with the no-bake cheesecake mix and a can of cherry pie filling. What a tasty treat!
