One of my favorite food blogs is the Foodie Physician and some of my favorite posts on the blog have been beverages. So, the other night as I was making a pitcher of lemonade from frozen concentrate for the kids, I thought of the Foodie Physician and decided to add some fresh fruit.
This is for one serving.
10 ounces lemonade
5 fresh strawberries in blender on the "crush" setting for about 8 - 10 seconds.
Pour lemonade in glass. Add crushed strawberries. Squeeze in juice from a couple lemon slices and add them to glass. Garnish with slice of lemon and strawberry and enjoy!
