10-course Mother's Day tasting menu offered at Takashi
Looking for a fun way to pamper mom on her special day? Head to Takashi to try out some of the favorite dishes of Chef Takashi Yagihashi, some that go back to his early life cooking along side is mom in Mito, Japan. Chef Takashi is honoring his mother, who at 85 years old still cooks daily in Japan, with a special 10 Course Mother's Day Tasting Menu at Takashi (1952 North Damen). This special menu will feature some cooking techniques and dishes she taught Chef Takashi as a child. The full menu, which is $100, with an optional $60 wine pairing, includes:

All moms who dine at Takashi on Mother's Day will also receive a variety of Chef Takashi's signature mouthwatering macarons to bring home.
