Salsa time

A favorite summer snack is a bowl of fresh salsa and some tortilla chips. Here's a simple batch I made recently:

3 plum tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 stalk white onion, diced
1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
Juice squeezed from one lime
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
chopped cilantro to taste
