Crock Pot Chicken and Veggies

Crock Pots are a great tool when you don't want to have to fuss over a meal. You throw in your food, you turn it on and hours later your meal is ready. There's a lot you can create in the crock pot. Sometimes, it's a great way to use up veggies that are in the fridge and that's what I did recently.

I put in 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts along with all the veggies I could find - broccoli, onion, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms and green peppers. I added some Italian seasoning and a can of diced tomatoes with a half can of water. Set it on high for four hours and it was ready to go.
