We use our grill A LOT in summer and I've learned that almost any veggie can go into some foil to cook on the grill. It works wonderfully and with minimal fats added. Usually a little pat of butter or a splash of olive oil is all it needs.
In this packet, I simply used:
about 1 1/2 cups fresh green beans
small pat of butter
2 teaspoons almond slices
sprinkle of garlic salt
I've also used bacon bits, onions and grape tomatoes for this. You can also turn it into a big blend of veggies. There's lots of experimenting that can be done with foil packets.
