Pepperoni Pasta

The kids are big fans of mostaccioli and spaghetti. When I made a pot recently, my sons were disappointed that there were no meatballs. So, I improvised and added a little last minute meat. I had some sandwich pepperoni I'd gotten at the deli and sliced it up. Then added a little Parmesan cheese on top and the kids were very pleased. So, no more meatless pasta for these boys. If I'm not making meatballs, I'll be sure to throw in some pepperoni.
