Sprinkle some paprika on your sweet corn

I recently purchased some bi-color sweet corn at Produce Depot that was delicious. A few days before I had been at a festival where there was a corn roast and a gentleman next to me was pouring cayanne pepper on his ear.

While I'm not big on spicy stuff, the red pepper looked so good on the corn. So, as I made this batch of sweet corn on the grill, I pulled out some of this richly-colored Hungarian paprika and sprinkled it on top. It was a great addition and just looks pretty. :) It was a very nice addition!
