West Central Microcreamery

While on a trip to Fort Wayne recently I had a taste for something sweet before we went back to our hotel and looked up ice cream shoppes. It was getting close to closing time, but there was one not far away that we could make it to - West Central Microcreamery.

I loved that they had flights on the menu where you could try four flavors for $6.50. We were too late to have the flight, unfortunately, but each got a small scoop. It was "Double Tap" chocolate chocolate chip ice cream for me and "Entangled" blackberry merlot for my husband. It was so creamy and a perfect little bit of dessert to end the night.
