I love flavored olive oils. It was one of my favorite things to pick up last year at the local farmer's market. I loved to dip crusty bread in it. My other favorite use was for potatoes. As a quick side dish, I'd dice up some potatoes and drizzle them with oil and then pop them in the microwave and they were done in a jiffy...add a little gorgonzola or feta cheese and some chives and it really takes it up on a notch. So easy, but so yummy.
I picked up this bottle at Foodie's Market Cafe in Dyer, a great place to seek out some neat foodie finds and have a soup and sandwich.
