Ublee Soda

At the Chesterton European Market,  I saw someone walk by with this lovely looking beverage and I had to ask where they'd gotten it from. I found out that the folks from Uptown Cafe in Valparaiso make their own fruit soda from fresh fruits - Ublee Soda. The flavors available depend on what's in season as much of it is from local sources.

I sampled the blueberry lemon and strawberry-orange, which were so refreshing. I chose the slightly sweeter latter option...and I have been craving it ever since!
