Schwan's Beef Pot Roast

I've put up several posts about products that I like from Schwan's. A good number of meals we eat in our house come from either Schwan's or Market Day. Both have quality meat items that you purchase frozen. I've tried quite a few as I've been a customer of Schwan's for probably 15 years and I've been ordering Market Day products for at least 20 years.

During our recent heat wave, I decided to make the Schwan's pot roast in the crock pot. I first put in some baby red potatoes and carrots, then put the roast on top and set the crock pot to high for about 3 1/2 hours. It fell apart and got gobbled up quickly by the kids.
