Trader Joe's Goat Cheese & Sundried Tomato Ravioli

I adore goat cheese. The first time I had goat cheese ravioli was at Seasons 52 and I loved it. I was excited when I saw this at Trader Joe's. I boiled them and drizzled with some olive oil and aged Parmesan and it was delish!

I also pulled some mushroom risotto from Trader Joe's from the freezer and prepared it in the microwave...not bad.
