Gloria's garden
A friend from the local Junior Woman's Club hosted a recent picnic at her home and while I was there, I went over to admire her garden. It was small in size, but well-maintained and thriving. I was really impressed by her herbs and have to make my way over there to snip a few one of these days. I saw something on Pinterest showing that you could place fresh herbs in an ice cube tray, then pour olive oil in them and freeze them. Then in the winter, you can pop them out to use in soups and other dishes. So, that's my plan. Take a look at what Gloria's got going on there!
The bees were loving her oregano.
