Third Annual PEZ Day coming to Santa's Candy Castle

One of our family's favorite vacation spots is Santa Claus, Indiana and one of my favorite foodie spots there is Santa's Candy Castle, which of course is loaded with lots of sweet treats, gourmet popcorn and an AMAZING frozen hot chocolate. Here's a press release that came my way on a fun upcoming event that includes Olaf from the popular Disney movie "Frozen."

Popular Disney Character to Appear at Free Event

Olaf, the snowman from the popular Disney movie “Frozen” will be returning to Santa Claus, Indiana on Saturday, March 14^th.   He will be appearing at Santa’s Candy Castle’s Third Annual PEZ Day to celebrate PEZ’s new “Frozen” line.  Olaf last visited Santa Claus, Indiana in January and was an overwhelming fan favorite with guests.

PEZ Day is a free annual event that offers a day full of PEZ-themed fun for the entire family.  This year’s event will feature large PEZ collections displayed by young collectors.  The young “PEZheads”, as avid PEZ collectors are known, will each display their own personal PEZ collection and will be available to answer questions about it and about PEZ in general.  The collections will feature a combined total of  over 1,000 PEZ dispensers.

A variety of PEZ-themed contests will be offered throughout the day including a PEZ coloring contest, a PEZ trivia Contest, a “Guess How Many PEZ” contest and more.  All contests are free to enter and will offer guests of all ages a chance to win fantastic PEZ prizes.

Olaf will be making special appearances at 11am, 1pm and 3pm CDT.  He will be available to visit with guests and pose for pictures at those times.  Just like the other activities at PEZ Day, there is no cost for guests to meet Olaf or to take their own pictures with him.

Santa’s Candy Castle’s Third Annual PEZ Day is Saturday, March 14^th from 10am-5pm CDT.  The castle is located at 15499 N.
